On July 7, 2007, Asian Performing Arts, together with Central City Opera brought the world premiere of Poet Li Bar to the Central City Opera House in Colorado.  This  premiere is celebrates the 20th Anniversary of APAC and the 75th Anniversay of Central City Opera.  Denver-trained Metropolitan opera bass Hao Jiang Tian, an artists supported in his early years by APAC, played the role of the Poet.
